Warehouse Manager
Summary: 
REpower USA Corp is seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager for its Portland, Oregon location.
Responsibilities Include: 
  • Supervises, assists, and coordinates activities of warehouse personnel engaged in verifying and maintaining records for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Prepares items for shipping, receiving, storing and inventory.
  • Studies shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet established shipping and receiving schedules.
  • Utilizes knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates, utilizes best shipping method for destination and timelines.
  • Establishes and maintains min/max levels as required
  • Works with Logistics coordinator to ensure proper space is available for incoming shipments, ensures outgoing shipments are ready on time and any pre-shipping work is completed. Oversees and performs incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments to include lifting and carrying materials.
  • Reviews records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures, and notifies purchasing department of low stock levels.
  • Posts weights and shipping charges to appropriate records, and prepares bills of lading in an accurate manner.
  • Inventories and orders supplies to ensure the timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Prepares monthly reports for Head of Service
  • Reports any discrepancies in orders to appropriate individuals.
  • Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner.
  • Ensures all work is done in compliance with all local, state and federal safety requirements, including educating staff and visitors on any necessary steps when in the warehouse environment.
  • Ensures warehouse is adequately staffed and oversees subordinates workloads, assigns daily tasks.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

This senior project management position is responsible for all aspects of delivery for multiple projects ensuring that these projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. The Development Director will focus on managing existing projects and on identifying and securing new development sites, identifying and evaluating project acquisition and investment opportunities and mentoring junior staff members.
Responsibilities Include: 
  • Manage process to move projects from green field development to commercial, preconstruction stage
  • Ensure that timelines and budgets for Company’s existing projects are effectively managed
